The Royal College of Art had got some way with their appointed architects, Herzog & de Meuron, to defining the brief and assessing the capability of the site to accommodate it, by the time the consultancy was asked to assist.

We collaborated with the architects and were able to strongly defend the unique density and height for the given context to local people, the Wandsworth Design Review Panel and the Borough Planning Committee.

Our Townscape, Visual and Heritage Assessment report accompanied the planning application and successfully assisted in obtaining planning permission. The consultancy also collaborated on post application design changes.
